Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips to compare against our chart. For unstitched suits, the fabric provided is usually sufficient for sizes up to 2XL.
What is the estimated delivery timeline for my order?
Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Do you offer customization or stitching services?
Yes, we offer semi-stitched and unstitched options. For select bridal and premium lehengas, we provide boutique stitching services for an additional fee. Please contact our support team after placing your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags intact. Please note that customized or stitched outfits are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my Koskii heavy embroidery garments?
Due to the delicate nature of zari, sequins, and stone work, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our sarees, lehengas, and heavy salwar suits to maintain fabric integrity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes within India for orders up to a certain limit.
